Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Little Years. We want you to love your School Years Memory Box Set. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included contents.

  • Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized memory cards, inserts, or keepsakes.

  • Products that have been written in, assembled, or otherwise used.

  • Items returned without their original packaging or with missing components.

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We shipped the incorrect item.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label for a customer-initiated return, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges and applicable return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
